A gift card is a prepaid payment card issued to the bearer. The card functions like a standard payment card with a defined balance limit and can be used in stores and establishments in M1 Zabrze.

Gift cards are sold:

– online – order on the website FinPay and collect it conveniently at the Card Machine during your visit to M1 Zabrze,

– in-store at the Cardomat (self-service kiosk also available on non-trading Sundays).

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The card expiration date does not change after a purchase or refund transaction.

If your gift card transaction cannot be completed, please ensure that:
  • the transaction is made at a retail and service point in the area M1 Zabrze,
  • there is sufficient amount on the card,
  • the gift card, and in particular the magnetic strip on the back of the card, is not damaged,
  • the transaction is not made at a self-service checkout,
  • the card is active and has not expired,
  • in the case of combined transactions, when the transaction is paid partly with a gift card and partly with another form of payment, the store staff carries out the transaction correctly.

  • or with the card sales point in the mall (excluding the card machine).

Payment by gift card is not accepted in the following establishments: Plus Polsat Box, Bicycle Center, Sports Direct, DOZ Apteka, Play, T-Mobile, Orange, Canal+, mBank, Lotto, Currency Exchange, Stomatologia Uśmiech , Tailoring adjustments.

Available options are:

  • order cards up to PLN 1000 or 10 pieces – without registration – delivery to the specified address;
  • ordering cards for an amount exceeding PLN 1000 (max. PLN 250,000) or more than 10 pieces – only after registering via the "Log in" button in the upper right corner – collection at the center;
  • ordering cards for an amount exceeding PLN 1000 (max. PLN 250,000) or more than 10 pieces – only after registering via the "Log in" button in the upper right corner and making the first payment by traditional transfer in order to verify the user (the details of the purchasing company must be identical to the details of the owner of the bank account from which the transfer originated – shipping to the specified address. Additional fees for order processing are charged for orders exceeding 5 cards.

No invoice will be issued for the purchase of gift cards. The accounting document confirming the purchase of the cards is an accounting note.

If an accounting note is incorrectly issued, please report the irregularity to [email protected] . The accounting note will be corrected within a maximum of five business days of receipt.

Additional costs associated with the order include:

  • delivery costs when the order is shipped,
  • the service fee is PLN 2 for each additional gift card, above 5 pieces in an order with the option of delivery to the specified address,
  • online payment commission is charged when the Customer selects the quick transfer or Blik payment method when placing the order.
